Papilon Development Panels organized the first panel on ‘Art of Speaking and Behavior when dealing with Public Institutions’. The panel was held on 12 July 2019 Friday at Papilon Sunshine Meeting Hall.

Speaker of the panel was Mr. Ismail Kalyoncu, who has vast high level experience with Turkish public institutions as he formerly served in Turkey as Deputy Undersecretary of Prime Minister, Deputy Undersecretary of the State Planning Organization, Private Secretary of Prime Minister, Private Secretaries of eleven State Ministers, Chief Communication Advisor of Deputy Secretary General of the National Security Council, Parliamentary Political Counselor of Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Communication and Public Diplomacy Lecturer at Ankara University ANGÜSEM.
