In this context, personal data subjects are entitled to find out whether their personal data is processed, request pertinent information if their personal data was processed, find out why personal data was processed and whether it was used properly, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, request correction of personal data if it is incompletely or incorrectly processed, and request notification of this procedure to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, even though personal data is processed pursuant to the Law no. 6698 and other applicable provisions of the law, request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons for processing no longer exist, and request notification of this procedure to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, object to existence of a result against the person upon analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, request indemnification of losses if you incur any loss due to unlawful processing of personal data. If the request is rejected, reasons for rejection shall be notified on written or electronic media.
